Three companies. Each one runs on agent pipelines I built and operate. The Lab documents them week by week; this page is the map.
I am Head of Technology at Inteliate and lead its engineering team, in an environment where data never leaves the building. That is why there are no client names here and no screenshots in the Lab.
What I can show is the method: agent-assisted code review with merge gating, a codebase turned into a training course by a pipeline, and the review discipline that decides what an agent is allowed to ship. Years of building AI systems in that setting are where the rules on this site come from.

Engineering software for manufacturers. We turn calculations that are redone by hand for every order into parametric products that return the calculation, the drawing and the quote together. WaterForm for bolted panel tanks, DragAero for aerodynamic analysis, ThermoForm for EN 12953-3 boilers.
Two-person team, AI-assisted development end to end. I own architecture, product engineering and the European go-to-market. The company LinkedIn page posts every three days from a pipeline that reads our commit history; the first Lab entry shows how.

Micro-lot specialty coffee, sold online in limited drops, sourced and roasted batch by batch. The waitlist is open; the first drop is not out yet.
SmartBrew, the AI brewing platform I built in 2023, now lives inside KOKOFEIN as the layer that turns each drop into a personal recipe for everyone on the list. The operation behind the brand, from waitlist to roast scheduling, is being built on agents before the first bag ships, so the brand launches with its backend already running.
