EMIR ALANY

n8n Automation Consulting

n8n is my primary orchestration layer: self-hostable, auditable, and honest about what it does. I design and build n8n systems for companies that want serious automation without renting their business logic from a black-box SaaS, and I rescue workflow collections that grew faster than their architecture.

When n8n setups go wrong

What I build

Architecture and conventions

A clear structure for workflows, naming, credentials, and error handling that survives team changes.

Self-hosted n8n setup

Production-grade self-hosted n8n on your infrastructure, with backups, monitoring, and updates handled.

AI-integrated workflows

LLM steps where they earn their place: classification, drafting, extraction, with guardrails and fallbacks.

Workflow rescue and audit

Existing automation estates documented, deduplicated, and hardened instead of rebuilt from zero.

Common questions

Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?

Control and cost at scale. n8n can run on your own servers, versioned and auditable, without per-task pricing that punishes growth. For simple needs, the simpler tools are fine; I will say so.

Do you hand over the workflows?

Always. You get the workflows, the documentation, and a walkthrough. My goal is systems your team owns, not dependency on me.

Can you train our team?

Yes. Handover sessions and build-along training are part of most engagements, so internal people can extend the system safely.

The audit takes a few minutes and tells me enough to map your highest-leverage automation.
