E-commerce Logistics Automation
Logistics is where e-commerce margins quietly die: mislabeled shipments, untracked returns, 3PL reports nobody reconciles. I connect shops, carriers, and warehouses across Europe into automated pipelines, so packages and their data move together.
Where logistics leaks time and margin
- Label creation and carrier selection happen manually per order or per batch.
- Customers ask "where is my order" because tracking updates never reach them proactively.
- Returns arrive physically before anyone processes them digitally.
- The 3PL invoice is accepted on faith because nobody has time to reconcile it against shipments.
What I build
Carrier and label automation
Orders pick their carrier by rules you define and generate labels without a human in the loop.
Proactive tracking communication
Customers get status updates automatically, cutting support tickets before they are written.
Returns pipeline
Returns are registered, inspected, and refunded through one flow with clear states and no lost parcels.
3PL reconciliation
Warehouse and carrier invoices are checked against actual shipment data, automatically.
Common questions
Which carriers and 3PLs can you connect?
Any provider with an API or structured exports: DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, and most European 3PLs. Where no API exists, I build reliable file-based bridges.
Can you work with our existing WMS?
Yes. I integrate with your current warehouse system rather than replacing it. The goal is one connected pipeline, not another tool.
How long does a build take?
A focused logistics pipeline is typically live within a few weeks, shipped in stages so value lands before the full system is done.
